CSLS-AIPR Workshop - The New Brunswick Economy: The Way Forward?

On June 9th and 10th, 2022, the Centre for the Study of Living Standards (CSLS), in collaboration with the Atlantic Institute for Policy Research (AIPR), hosted a workshop in Fredericton, New Brunswick entitled "The New Brunswick Economy: The Way Forward." The event featured keynote speeches from David Campbell (Jupia Consultants) and Tony Venables (Oxford University, University of Manchester) regarding the state and outlook of the New Brunswick Economy, as well as a series of panel sessions focusing on specific topics including sustainability, immigration, productivity, and innovation. Participants spanned a diverse set of backgrounds, with delegates and panelists representing stakeholders from across the province including social, governmental, academic, labour, and private sector organizations.
